Each grab bag contains (Mix & Match: Dress / Outerwear / Top / Bottom / One Piece) and items will be randomly picked and send out. Take this chance to explore new style / colours too!

- Items are picked randomly, you can drop us comments/request on preference but do take note that it is packed on best effort basis.

- For those who are in between size,we will advise to take a size up.
- Please do not expect any new arrivals in the grab bags. Designs are past season or unlaunched items that is not in listing.
- Please note that sizing may vary across designs, so if you received different sizes, so this will not be consider as a refund/return reason. (For example, if you are a size M, and cart out a size M grab bag - you may receive S items if we find the sizing is bigger or L items if the sizing is smaller.)
- If you received any defect item, kindly drop us an emailfor a replacement. Please do not raise any refund request via Tiktok.
- If take note not all items comes with a tag, due to variations in manufacturing across different factories. Rest assured all items are brand new. Kindly proceed with your purchase only if you are comfortable with this.

Measurements are taken laid flat, and mass manufactured.
Kindly note that all measurements are subjected to a 0.5-1" allowance.

Hand wash your garments at all time to maintain their shape and quality.
Separate your laundry into groups with similar colors: whites, darks and colours.
Always rinse your new item in cold water before wearing to avoid colour run.
Avoid wearing denims/suede items with light colored items/accessories especially for the first few wears to prevent any colors transfer.
If you are unsure of the maximum temperature of the garment, always be safe and wash with cold water.
Turn your garment inside out before washing.
Ensure your garment is zipped up and/or buttoned up before washing to prevent damage.

Do not soak.
Do not tumble dry to prevent shrinkage.
Do not use too much detergent.
Do not use bleach.
Do not iron pleated designs with iron
Do not leave garments with whites and colored panels soaking for long periods.
Jewellery
When exposed to air for prolonged periods, jewellery products might tarnish.
Avoid touching perfume for jewellery.
